From the beginning of 2011 Greece, as a member of the European Union, is obliged to fully harmonize with the European standard EN-1317 regarding the selection and the placement of the various restraint systems without any deviation.
The instructions to date concerning the safety barriers (OMOE, KME, etc.) and which were not harmonized with EN1317 have been replaced.
ZAFIROPOULOS CHRISTOS SA has secured co-operation with the main companies around Europe and Greece of producing certified safety barriers, whether it’s implementation is for embankment or for bridge parapets, always under the best conditions in terms of cost and quality.
