PLASTIC PRISMATIC ROAD REFLECTORS

CAT’S EYE

DESCRIPTION

Plastic reflectors consist of a plastic (ABS) shell filled with synthetic strong adhesive.

The shell incorporates one or two prismatic reflective surfaces as required to achive light reflection from one or two opposite directions.

4.Material:

The shell is made of cast methyl-methacrylate

(According ASTM D788
grade 8).

The outer surface of the shell is smooth, except for indification points.

The base of the reflector is free of glossy surfaces and substances that can to reduse the adhesive effect.

5.Colour:

Meets the requirements of the standards.

6. Bending resistance:

The reflectors withstand loads >900 kg (Test temperature 23± 2C^o).

7. Other features:

Their base is properly shaped, so that excellent bonding occures and become a body with the substrate.

Their roughness allows sketching of temporary work zones as well as permanent markings.

They are provided with one or two back reflectors for road safety.

Their light weight allows easy installation.

Sold accompanied by the appropriate 2 component epoxy adhesive.

METALLIC ROAD REFLECTORS (CATS EYE) 

DESCRIPTION

The metal road reflectors are made of aluminium with a 5cm pin and reflective prismatic sourfaces double sided.

Installation by anchoring and gluing using a special two component epoxy adhesive.

2.Material:

The shell is made of aluminium.

Reflective surfaces from PMMA, in yellow colour.

The outer surface of the shell is smooth,

except of indentification points.

The base of the reflector is free of glossy surfaces

and substances that can reduse the adhesive effect

3.  Colour:

Meets the requirements of the standards.

4.  Bending resistance:

The reflectors withstand load < 125kN

Resistance to temperature : from -20°C to +55°C

5.Other features:

Their base is properly shaped, so that excellent bonding occures and become a body with the substrate.

Their roughness allows sketching of temporary work zones as well as permanent markings.

They are provided with one or two back reflectors for road safety.

Weight 0,3kg.
